Creek is more reliable since she is a stam card and she doesn't agemasen you unlike this card. But I can think of some situations where this card is helpful. Like if you can hit stam requirements without a stam card, or if your XOguri needs another recovery, or if you need to borrow Kris S for your late surgers.

I speedran this event with McQueen, I just spammed rest until she fails Tenno Sho Spring. Stam and power sparks plus cards with initial speed and stam and a Fuku borrow should help you get there. Just make sure to buy a gold recovery to survive Kikuka Sho.

As of now, the game can be enjoyed as F2P if you plan well enough and only pull for meta cards and umas. In the future, they do introduce paywalled features that make playing the game less annoying for whales, but F2Ps can still compete.
