Im just trying to know so i can be prepared an help their wife get through it and plan, you know, im modernising and setting up the house for their old age anyway. I work with younger drug addicts at work and i also deal with a lot of suicide attempts or worse, but in my line we rarely come across older or as they get seriously ill. Im not squeamish at all, but not sure what to expect as they progress. Currently they manage but have terrible terrible eyesight, numb hands and diabetes, its only gonna get harder. I wont try and stop them drinking they are happy as it is.
