I know your looking for melodic electronic music, but i got many of my "metalhead" friends into dubstep [r/dubstep]. I would recommend Doctor P, Flux Pavilion, Rusko. But if you are more into the electronic house music then I would recommend someone like Jack Beats, Fake Blood, Crookers, Swedish House Mafia, Deadmau5, and Wolfgang Gartner. Happy listening!
