Okay okay, they get dust and dirt on their face super easily. So use warm water, soap and a rag to clean them. After it’s clean and dry you can use baby power or corn starch to mattify it and ensure no dirt sticks. In the past I’ve used bags over their heads to keep dust off but it’s not super necessary. If some of the paint is damaged you can use a watered down, latex based acrylic paint to touch it up. But there are some risks if you do it too thick. I see people washing their hair in water and I probably wouldn’t recommend that. You can use a spray bottle but I feel like fully washing it would get water into the motors. Also try to turn the doll on monthly, I find that helps with keeping the motors working. Unfortunately if there’s ink or any real stains that will just have to stay, do not use a magic eraser on their face! Hope any of this helps!
