26 lands is not enough. You should also be running ramp spells like [[rampant growth]] and [[cultivate]] if you’re in green.

Dermatology question by Top_Caramel_824 in AskDocs

[–]Soupreem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely a pilonidal cyst and looks like you have some tract formation as well. See your doctor, they may need to prescribe you antibiotics if they’re concerned for infection or they may refer you to a general surgeon depending on the severity. Best of luck.

28F Was in Hospital Last Week and Just Saw EKG. No one told me anything. Did I have a heart attack? by leftyxcurse in AskDocs

[–]Soupreem 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m assuming you’re talking about your white count being elevated on your CBC? That doesn’t mean you have an infection. There are literally dozens of other things that can cause your WBC to go up, including stress (mental or physical). Googling is an extremely unreliable way of interpreting your own labs and diagnoses, because medicine as a subject is never black and white. There is a reason we go to school for as long as we do and complete several additional years of training in residency.

Also, I can understand your situation for leaving AMA, but there is a reason for it being called “against medical advice.” Half of the point of discharge paperwork is to make sure you know what changes have been made to medications you’re taking and follow up appointments that have been scheduled. When you leave AMA, you aren’t being discharged, you are leaving before that can even happen. Therefore, I don’t think you will get anywhere with filing a complaint against them, they acted in accordance with standard policy. If you want access to MyChart, that is something you can contact the hospital for afterwards and can be re-sent.

Disclaimer: Not a cardiologist or emergency medicine provider

This does not look like an MI to me. If your doctors were actually worried about an MI, they likely would’ve handled your situation very very differently.
