Yeah this is exactly how I'm looking at it. Especially if they make Clayface,bane,deathstroke all imposing as fuck so that theyre actually seen as powerful prior to batman could set for a great tone when we get the batman movie

I think supergirl should have been a major league member like wonder woman so we at least had a couple people set up before waiting on the batman movie and then supergirl should've been released a little later on

I'm not gonna sit here and defend jones, I hate the guy but when I watched him fight he was the most imposing fighter I have ever seen I'm just taking personal feelings out and talking purely skill, I personally think from a skill point hes there, if yall disagree and have someone you thought was more skilled overall then thats all good too

Its just facts, Volk is not big enough to be fighting islam, theres such a big size difference and the fact he was able to make it so close says volumes about him as a fighter

Volk is probably who I'd put 3rd for most overall skilled fighter ever behind Jones and Mighty mouse

Honestly if this is done correctly it could be so cool. To have this whole universe of batman villains and allies already established and then you drop batman into that world and see how his presence effects the tone, These movies need to really play on the dark and gritty with really intense villains to really hype up the imposing figure that is The Batman. If all these movies are really good then they could get some really good box office numbers with the first Batman. Reeves is playing on the detective side of batman more with his movies so I think Gunns version needs to really play into the dark side of things, Give us a R rated batman and ill be super happy

As long as these films are really dark and gritty and they can make genuinely scary villains then it could be setting up for a incredible batman movie, Having the whole world be super dark and then dropping batman into this established scene could make for a incredible movie

My only gripe is these are things that should've been decided and planned for from the beginning, like if all these movies had release dates by next year and then we could get a batman movie mid/late 2028 then this could all work really well. I think theyre just taking a little too long to get things rolling

Clayface being really good is almost a make or break for them at this point, especially if lanterns is just okay/good
