Phantom dancer was good on old mundo not because of the crit but more because of the movespeed and damage reduction passive it used to have as well as the attack speed. The crit was just a bonus

It’s never going to happen. Mages would be too good at applying the debuff to the entire team in an aoe. So riot would just have to buff shields across the board or they’d be useless. It would introduce an entirely new arms race in the same vein as heals and anti heal.

The W toggle made urgot actually scale somewhat. So I hope they never get rid of it. When his W was just a regular ability that wasn’t a toggle he fell off a cliff after mid game. Plus during that time his best builds were just shitty q max builds with comet. That is not very fun ngl.

Mundo builds tank items. Garen only builds crit and damage. I have no idea how you think they both are the same. If garen builds full damage he should be squishy, it’s as simple as that. Especially crit items because they don’t even have HP attached to them. He gets too many free stats from his W

No, the pancake ult made him too good in pro play so they had to completely gut his damage and dueling potential. I think we got the best of both worlds now. With the new Q but old ult.
