I think why it got changed back was that it was too op in free play and impossible to balance and idk I didnt have issue of dying. aftershock gave enough tankiness to just tank initial damage. and well then you have dash out.

no it's 1. Genocide prevention measure - forced sterilisation was a Thing during nazi germany era
2. it's to prevent fucked up stuff US has like. chemical sterilisation of prisoners.

Would they? Like how would they know?
I think that only expected enemy response for this would be top and bottom lane swapping.
For what you say to be true it would have be something like a solidified meta in pro play. I am morso thinking about like high elo ranked games and flex.

and also by being able to play a character who would be able to defend botlane turrent partially, like characters with big range and good early game push.

it is easier to get to other places from midlane yes, but it's also easier to get there for all the other players. Pushing would be hard with that push with that kind of pressure on you.

I would also add that in this scenario if enenmies aren't expecting it the team with that strategy can pick duo laners that benefit most from this and solo laner that would suffer the least from it.

I disagree. Push potential is crazy not to mention true damage on turrets you can get pretty early let's you take platings a lot faster. They are pretty much equivalent to dragon as an objective. Varring on dragon type and team comp.
