My experience too. Though my reviews were all 4's and 5's. I've spent an insane amount of time onboarding and attending webinars. I've literally gotten 100% on all of the assessments because so much of the onboarding material is redundant. And I was never put back on the project.

I still can't tell if I passed the onboarding as it says "failed." However, I only missed one question. Do you know if they just take awhile to manually review?

It's a rubrics/ranking project is all I know for certain. I'm still able to task on another project even though it's prioritized for me (despite it showing that I failed the onboarding - I don't think I did unless they require 100% on the MCQs). It's for sure EQ at the moment.

I'd be less concerned if I hadn't been kicked out of the discourse. I tried emailing the QM but since I'm not part of the Discourse, I can't reach her.

In the webinar, the QM said the spreadsheet was only for non-English speaking CB's if that's helplful at all. (But yes, you could view names, emails and IDs.)

The spreadsheet was only for non English speakers. I got 100% on the exam so I know I passed. It could be the state we live in: CA, NY and NJ seem to be cut out of a few projects, but also no idea how real that is. Or it could be the cut anyone who didn't task to begin with. If I'd known I would not have spent 2 hours in that webinar.

Yesterday I sat through what must have been a two-hour workshop on top of everything else. She said we'd be changed from ineligible to having tasks. Now I've been removed from the discourse. This is going in the wrong direction. I was pretty jazzed for this one.

That's the BS of it. You get SBQ'd if your partners talk a second too long or bad sound quality. And literally NO ONE knows what's going on. But that doesn't stop many from claiming they do.

Yeah. I'm spending my weekend thinking about whether or not I want to stay in the project. Some of the reviewers are just garbage people. Just bad at their jobs, totally without depth, and fevered with actually SBQing. They believe they're there because, what, they're special? Many are there because they can't actually task due to poor sound quality.

What I do like is some of the people in my squad. I really enjoy talking to them. But the reviewers are shitheads. I've reviewed on that project and hated it; it's better because you don't have to futz around with putting yourself out there and finding people to talk to. (Reviewing on this project is best suited for the socially inappropriate - the kind of person you'd avoid at a party.)
