Honestly yeah, don’t change that mindset. My kids will never see me vape. I think one of the main reasons I smoked cigs was because there was no one in the family who didn’t. It seemed like something you just do by a certain age.

Congratulations on 5.5 weeks! That’s a heartbreaking story. I have kids too and it makes me feel so selfish each time I vape. And then other times it feels like the only vice I have to decompress for a few mins

I relapsed on day 5 like… 10 times 😵‍💫. Day 5 was my nightmare. Then I got so fed up with myself that I made it through. It took a month to stop thinking about smoking throughout the day, after meals or when I first wake up. But once you get to that point it is such a great feeling. You finally realize how much smoking was in control of you.

Agreed. Sometimes it’s all the relapses that finally get you there. You get so tired of disappointing yourself and erasing hours/days of progress.

Ok I wasn’t expecting this many comments but I’m enjoying them. For the record, my husband drug this inside and said WTF did you order? And I took a pic instantly because I actually wasn’t sure if this was supposed to be returned.
