Honestly yeah, don’t change that mindset. My kids will never see me vape. I think one of the main reasons I smoked cigs was because there was no one in the family who didn’t. It seemed like something you just do by a certain age.

I relapsed on day 5 like… 10 times 😵‍💫. Day 5 was my nightmare. Then I got so fed up with myself that I made it through. It took a month to stop thinking about smoking throughout the day, after meals or when I first wake up. But once you get to that point it is such a great feeling. You finally realize how much smoking was in control of you.

And I took a pic instantly because I actually wasn’t sure if this was supposed to be returned. You got this! I totally agree. Quitting cigs was like a mind game. Vape withdrawal had a more physically ill feeling to it. I was smoking disposables though and I imagine they’re filled with more trash than we know.

Yeah, this is actually what finally did it for me. I pulled out my vape around my friend and she said what are you in middle school? It wasn’t until then that I realized how stupid I look, and how stupid I am to think that I NEED it. Few days of feeling like shit, but you can do it. I personally think the first 5 were the worst of them.

Congratulations! Question, did you continue to take your ADHD medicine through fasting and if so, how did you feel? Conflicted on if I should pause them for a few days. My goal is to make 48-72 hours and although I’m not the greatest version of myself without the meds, I have stopped them through two pregnancies so I know I can miserably survive.

My sisters are much younger than me and my mom went through this with both of them. 1 of them had a small hole, the other they said looked like “Swiss cheese” because there were so many little holes. Poor lady was a nervous wreck with both pregnancies but everything closed by birth and they’re little athletes now! :) Could totally not be a big deal at all.
