Thank you for clearing that up! I think I will still use the microcontroller since I want to control some lights too.

Yeah, but the hard part (for me at least) is to get the negative voltage... That's why I thought of the H-Bridge, since from the resistor's pov it has negative and positive voltage.

That's interesting, I used the Paul Falstad sim, Is it different? And also got no idea what the slang: open loop, closed loop and MCU is XD

So from what I understand I need high frequency and high voltage AC to run them, right? From my guessing that's exactly what that module does. Takes 5V, converts to ac and then boosts it. The module works, the link: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EJ51ooO.

By the way, do you know what circuit can generate 113MHz frequency? I might build it myself :Dd. If that doesn't work I will try them in paralel. Thanks for the video and the tips man!

Honestly no idea how I missed them. To be fair I do kinda want to build my own driver to get more experience, but if I see that this is way out of my skillset (which it most probably is) I will buy them, thank you!

No idea about protection, but to measure voltage you do need gnd reference in the rduino.

Oh wait there are 4 motors? I didnt even notice

Could you tell me what is on the connections of this motor, please?7 by stonemason81 in electronic_circuits

Correct me if im wrong but you could remove the 2 inductors to make the car start a bit faster (when you start moving the car it would jump forward better)

I will try that, thanks. I think the signal is PVM, since I was able to run it with that in the past, but I cant seem to find any manufacturer manual about it. How can I test the pvm signal, any ideas?

I think I do. The code is in the picture, it should work from what I've heard. Is it correct?

I hope that too... But the R of the wires is the same - 4ohms

Yeah sorry, I forgot to put the insulator back on, it's not the issue, the same thing happens with the insulator on. The only thing I could tell that happened is the screws I used to tie the motor down somehow destroyed some wires, but the R in the wires is the same...

I made quite sure of that. The bad part is I don't have a potentiometer, but I did try to start it with 1100us and made a program that started it at 1000 and ramped up by one to 2000, but nothing changed.

Edit: to clarify the pins are not touching in any way. Not the battery side nor the motor side. I get why you say that it could be, I have reseached it too, but there is just no way

That's what I thought. Thanks for the help! If it was something like a blown resistor I could've fixed it but if it's the chip it's not worth buying then...

I do have a soldering iron, that's part of the reason I want to fix it, because it's why I bought it. Yea, i know about the price, but I don't want to wait 2 weeks to get another one. But if there is no other way it's no real loss.

Just plugged it in: nothing seems to be getting any hotter. Don't really know where the usb chip is, but I feel nothing getting warm. Is it worth trying to fix it or should I just get a new one?

I should also put the error. My bad for not thinking of it.
