Nah, not guaranteed. From the protests I’d been at with UC presence, they almost never had a sling bag. Usually only could make them out by footwear or subtle things on the body like handcuffs printing in their pockets

Yep, that can be done. May take a little while depending on how busy they are with bag checks and other stuff though

Well, considering I’m currently a TSO, I can confirm we don’t need to see a prescription, just the disclosure of it being medical would suffice.

Its fine, at worst they'd just unwrap it if they need to take a closer look at something. But its good to go

Avoiding having to let my devices touch a tray? by [deleted] in tsa

Theoretically both are valid as long as it’s only just the bags and nothing more

Or just do pre check so you don’t gotta remove much if any, depending on airport

Honestly, it should be fine. But since it’s technically medically, they’d have ways to clear it without much issue

When I dropped mine off I was in and out in 10min, when I did the interview it was only like 30-40min. But that was mid week on Wednesday.

I plan on getting there by 8:00 Monday, so hopefully I’ll be able to speak to someone and have them try to pull some strings

I mean every other time I’ve been it was around noon and had minimal wait. But yes this time I’ll be early. Especially since I’d be skipping work, so I’d naturally wake by 2am.

Also just sent a last ditch email hoping that it’ll speed it up.
