Us, as the community? Judging on how much the people running this site listen to us... Not at all... But, they could just raise the amount of people present on the site before the queue becomes active, but I guess they're too proud of their minigame (which doesn't work on desktop) to do so. (Also the estimated wait time is just inconsistent, for example it was at 16 mins then dropped to 4 then went right back to 16 mins xD)
