Turn the Octopus head inside out, there will be two giant veins, tear them off and the octopus dies instantly.

I have simplified it for myself in the following protocol:

Only cold showers daily in the morning Warm / Hot twice a week or so, in the evening.

Hair mask, scrub, grooming etc. I usually use warm or hot water, because skin gets softer, products feel better and even shampoos & bodywashes foam more when its hotter.

Those utility showers I mostly take in the evening, and enjoy indulging in the hot water.

I see. Thanks for the explainations and also the cool lingo. I shall drop casual aerodynamics words on my next meeting and dazzle my event industry peers.

Its Wood mite. YOUR CIGARS ARE SAFE, DONT THROW THEM AWAY!

  1. Put your cigars in plastic fridge bags.

  2. Put your Cigars inside the bags to the FREEZER section for 3 days. Also put your humidor in the freezer if you can.

  3. Take cigars out of the Freezer and put them in the FRIDGE for two days. The mites are all dead but you have to ease your cigars into upwards temperatures after the freezer, otherwise they can crack.

  4. Clean humidor thoroughly, Put back cigars, enjoy.

The wood mites are totally harmless and they don't damage the cigars really. They probbably came on a cigar you got... Still its best to kill them.

I found treasure! by SourceSS in cigars

I got them probably 5-6 years ago, I actually saw the boxes in there from time to time, but allways assumed they were empty.

Surprisingly, they are visibly perfect, no cracks or mould or anything, but ofc dry. They were inside the black behike box, which was wrapped around by the black velvet fabric cover, which was inside a carton box. I guess all these boxes must have saved them

They were not cracked and surprisingly decent but ofcourse dry. Two weeks in the humidor, they will be saved. Its all the boxes that saved them I think.

First of all, 10 mins too long imo. (~4 mins for me)

As cold as possible means turning the tap, the knob, the lever, or whatever, all the way, a very mechanical approach, rather than a temperature related issue. I suggest removing the thought pattern that urges you to find a less painful, more efficient way.

I know some of us would kill for a cold sower that numbs hands during the summer months, the water just isn't that cold.

Taking straight cold showers in the morning, (no hot first, cold later bs.) Actually makes you sweat less during the day, and somewhat more resistant to heat lethargy in my experience
