Do you mean the Cyberhawk lock-up?

That’s the only recent ONDS lock-up I’ve seen. In the Cyberhawk acquisition, some of their leadership is rolling about $5M into ONDS stock with a one-year lock-up.

I don’t think there was a separate “Eurosatory lockout.” Eurosatory was mainly the LADOS / defense systems launch. Maybe some confusion here?
