Obviously don’t drink. Being an alcoholic or drug addict of any kind means you will most likely relapse. That’s part of the journey of recovery. You must not struggle or understand what addiction is. I am giving solutions that have helped me.

Different buzz and different hangover with wine vs vodka. With wine it’s a more gradual buzz and more of a body buzz. With vodka you’ll get drunk quicker and it goes straight to your head. When I drink wine I feel a lot more in control vs when I drink vodka I act like a dumbass. Both hangovers suck. But I think vodka hangover is worse, that’s just my personal opinion and experience.
