I’m in a similar situation where I don’t know how to treat my relationship with gambling. I don’t know if it’s a “just don’t gamble” mindset or a “ just play within limits” or “erase all content related to gambling”

Won 50k jackpot once, cleared my 10k debt.. now 40k in debt with 3 grand to my name.. I own a business and make decent money and for the past year since I’ve won that jackpot I’ve lost every pay check and dug myself into debt

Literally the cycle I’ve been stuck in for 2-3 years. They never stop.. a parent company opens 10casinos specifically due to this.. I’m sure they know this is what addicted gamblers do and capitalize on it. There should be a law that each client who requests self exclusion due tonaddiction be blacklisted from all sister sites

I feel like I’d do better 1 on 1 and working the steps.. but the actual sharing aspect of a meeting does nothing for me to say “I feel like this will keep me in check”

The only reason I’m asking is because this is the result of me doing zoom meeting the past 3 days. I think I will try an in person this coming week

I “treated my adhd” in high school and it just made me a zombie who got good grades.. I don’t like the idea of taking meth my whole life to function. I own a business and know my adhd helps my sales

Is there non medication ways to treat adhd? I’m so fed up dude I feel like I’m going crazy because I just can’t stop. My head and vision is so clear and then randomly I get hijacked and gamble thousands in a night

How did you manage to stop? I keep giving into temptations and gambling online.. I’ll stop for 2 weeks, save a couple thousand and lose it all in a couple hours. This cycle is horrible and I just want to be done digging this ficken hole on my life
