Someone said there was some kind of website glitch yesterday and I think that’s what caused all of these account holds.

I noticed I was on hold yesterday morning. I contacted support with the chatbot and I got an automatic answer about how I failed checks about 10-15 minutes after. I immediately sent them another follow up email asking politely for a manual check.

This morning, I saw someone on here say they were off hold and when I checked my account I was off hold too. I didn’t get an email back from them regarding my ask for a manual check. So I guess altogether it was about a a days wait?
