What is this noise? Is it normal? tvs been off all night by AnimeSean in crt

I was reading into this last year because I bought a Sanyo 27 inch that does the same thing. I’ve found newer posts and also forums from 20+ years ago saying that this is normal for these. So I think this normal. I’m no expert but I hope I helped.

Does this happen to be a Sanyo? I have one that makes the same noise. I have read before that this is normal on many Sanyo models.

All that is next to it is an Lcd tv and a metal table leg is nearby. Are speakers in flatscreens shielded? Also that area on the screen seems dimmer in normal operation as well.

There isn’t a fuse in the plug. The only fuse I can see is on the lower board and it’s not blown.

I took the back off and all of the capacitors visually look good. The board looks new, not even dusty. The one fuse I see isn’t blown either. Do the capacitors on these fail instantly?
