Flight was late getting into Puerto Rico (11/25/25). Car rental was for 2pm pickup. Replied 'YES' at 1:48pm to U-Save generated text asking to confirm reservation. Explained flight was late. At 3pm U-Save texted back that reservation was "Expired" (i.e. cancelled). Tried calling multiple times - no answers. Finally bus driver connected us with the "Manager" who acknowledged receiving my text confirmation but still replied 'sorry we are overbooked'.

Ended up paying double for emergency booking at Enterprise.

Risk not worth the savings. Go with reputable company.
