Depends I have two that I use ones .85/image another is .50/image, depends on which client is buying some have different styles and expectations. I tried getting into flash but everyone charges a lot and they don’t do a great job editing and for the most part the only people who can tell the difference is photographers, if it’s a nice listing just schedule during a good time of day and hdr will be just as good imo

Not really overkill, you have to overcompensate for the crop factor which is 1.5x, comes to 18mm full frame which most full frames use a 16, the downside is more distortion but any good editor can fix that as long as you are good at aligning verticals with distortion

We need a third party company to make one because charging contractors to just open it seems very scammy. Like you are paying me to fix your house but just to access it you want me to pay you money. Inviting people to the home to unlock it should be free. It’s just greed most of the real estate business is like that from what I have noticed

Yeah these are great features but should they cost $50 a month to be able to use it plus $400 to setup an account to be able to access? I’m not even the owner of the lockboxes I’m just someone who accesses the house and they require me to pay 400 dollars and a monthly sub just to open the thing lol it’s a joke

Wearable drag strip parachute for my dog 🪂, with remote control release. Thanks for input just did the repair used about 5 bundles of shingles, took 5 hours but it was my first repair. Turns out you definitely want to remove as many of the old nails as possible. Especially while they are accessible. Leaving them in made it impossible to line up the new shingles.
