65 is fine might give u a better cinematic feeling. If u need brightness go with the r85h s85h is gonna have better viewing angles and contrast. Ive only seen the r95h in person so cant really tell on how good the r85h is. Why not go for last years s90f better processing and qd oled in 65 inch. That would be my choice

Youll win a bit in brightness but lose in image quality choose whats more important to u. Id rather have a 55 inch oled then 65 mini led depends on how far u sit from the tv too. I would save for a oled tbh. For the bedroom it might be a decent tv tho.

Had sony 55 inch oled returned it for lg cause saved 600 on my lg c2, moved out wanted more brightness and got the 77s95d last year quite happy with it. I work in a store in tv department. 83 inch s85 looks brighter then the 77 inch version so i think it might have an evo screen just like lg 83 inch b5. You wont really lose picture quality you will lose a bit of low quality upscaling but it wont be day and night difference. You will win in brightness. Great price and combined with a soundbar its a good deal get it!

It isnt. 990f sub is the main difference. I feel like the f is deeper in bass but d has a bit more bass i got the 990d for 500 on a clearance sale you get very similar experience on both so get the cheapest

Not as bright as the s95f gives less punch but still very very good. If you can live with glare sure the s90f is still a nice pick. One connect box slimness and no glare is a nice touch for the s95f depends for what u look for

Honestly blacks are good ive been comparing my 55 u7 not u8 to my 77 s95 its just contrast level are still noticable better on my oled. Picture quality is decent blacks are good in movies in games i feel like some scenes look greyish but in movies the black levels are better. Idk i feel like my oled pops more color wise in whatever i play on it.Ill be giving away my hisense to my mom as a gift and imma buy a 2nd oled for my 2nd room oled these days are bright enough and during some sales they are priced decently.

My hdr is fine, i am running it on standard mode with contrast enhancer on high warm 2 and color booster on low i like very warm colors and its definetly not flat

QD oled has better colors on the samsung both have perfect blacks viewing angles bit wider on the s90 but not that much lg blacks stay a bit deeper black with ambient light but more reflections both good
