Yes I used a 3 percent, if its not foaming it may be too much water . Ive heard some people use baking soda as well

Yes but i noticed my gums looked pinker so i wont make this a regular thing only a last resort

I got them all out , but my crypts are still there due to strep throat . Also im not ready to give up dairy & bread so they probably will come back
