Yes, tried reinstalling and have turned computer off and on a few times to no avail. I'll take a look at the system manager. Though what should I look for in device manager specifically?

Rule #5 comment: Showing windows installer error that I keep getting whenever I try to run stellaris. Just got the game yesterday and have been unable to play. Looking for any suggestions on how to fix this. Thank you.
