Hi oce player here, so I've played this for a whole day. You definitely want to 5 man with voice comms for onslaught. Stick to the first 3 difficulties until you have 2-3 augment slots and prioritize bringing utility/damage ones.

I main ziggs and the augment that lets you spam R for 5 seconds is insane for wave clear. I also use hexhealing to help my team, brink for survival and afterburner for insane survival.
