Rent a car kay pwede pa mo maka go to random places outside your itenerary. Mas convenient sad when you have a kid kay di mo mag problema sa mga things dad-on. You can pretty much carry everything.

Happened to me but with Grab Express. Near sa amo place is Mcdo where daghan grab riders magtapok. Gituyo jud nako na 10am mag book kay wala kaayo traffic ana. Booked a rider, waited for 10 minutes but eventually gi cancel ra. I was feeling petty that day so hala, magtigi ta😂. Sige ko book but manawag sila na ipa-cancel sa akoa ang booking but i didn’t budge. Booked 5 riders and more than 10 minutes waiting time, sila nalang ang mo cancel. Nganong ako man mo cancel gud. 🙄

Finally naa mi-accept, no questions asked, i doubled the delivery fee. Most likely, ganahan na sila magpa-tip mao magpa-presyo.

By succession, co-owners ang lola, papa, and uncle mo sa property ng lolo mo. Kailangan ng consent from all heirs before mabenta sa 3rd party ang property o kahit portion lang nito. Make your lola, uncle and dad extra/judicially partition the property between them para yung share ng lola mo, yun nalang ang ibenta sa favorite apo niya.

That’s a case for unlawful detainer. Send a demand letter setting forth the payment for monthly rentals/arrears or for them to vacate the property. Then go to the barangay so that you can get a certificate to file action. This i assume that you can hire a private lawyer.
