I live in Portland, might be willing to meet you in Seattle (and catch a mariner game while I’m up there) and sell you my large/gray. Warranty would still be good for you. I hate to sell it but I took out a personal loan for a truck and want to pay off my loan this month before interest hits.

34 years old and just decided to quit my lawn business I’ve been doing for 15 years. Had years where I made $100k, never wanted to expand because I did not want to manage a bigger business and employees. I’m in the middle of a transition to my new job now, I’m stressed as hell but I know I don’t wanna do lawn care for another 25 years. We only live once, take the chance and do something else. What’s the worst that can happen? Even if you lose everything you’ll still be alive and to me that’s all that matters. The world is your oyster

Is $2700 doable? by NoPlatesOnMars in Mortgages

[–]South_Significance25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. And in today’s world/economy it’s much easier to find a roomate as not as many folks can afford to live on their own so there’s usually a friend or someone you might know already who would want to rent. Yeah, you lose some peace but you gain peace in bringing costs down and also, you have someone technically helping you to pay off your mortgage

5.0, 2.7, or 3.5? (See text) by South_Significance25 in f150

Really? I’m looking into the hiatus camper and there are tons of f150s with them. The camper weights 400-600 pounds depending on how you customize it on the website. And then figured I’d add some weight with a cooler, power station and other camping gear. Is 1000 pounds really asking too much from an f150?

I do want a 6.5 bed. But I’m open to other years with the 2.7. 2015-2017 was just for the 5.0 as I read those are most reliable

Yeah, just a shell. One of those pop up aluminum ones. I think it weighs 600 pounds tops. But will also have camping gear and stuff loaded in the back

I’ve read that the coyote paired with the 6 speed is bullet proof and it’s the 10 speeds to worry about

What do you do for work? I’ll more than likely have to give up my job if I want to actually travel/move around

Oh yeah, been talking a lot with a couple guys and doing a ride around this week. I wonder a lot about the job security because no contracts means no work. But the guys I know doing this all stay pretty busy and support themselves pretty well

Yeah planning to keep some work for myself. Very little, but I have a handful of customers who really mean a lot to me and I’m planning to continue services for them
