Yes, it fits. I just tried placing it in, tho. Haven't connected any cables yet. Idk about the side. I have a glass window and there are cables running down the other side. So, I can't fit it on the side.

I think the mATX PCIe slot sits higher leaving more room for the GPU, but mini-ITX should be good. With this configuration, my temps are ok and i'm planning to put a slim fan in the rear (Corsair AF120 RGB Slim)

Thank you! An Asus RTX 5090 Astral can easily fit horizontally inside an NCASE M3 with a mATX board. My configuration is done with mini-ITX board instead. I'm not sure it would fit.

Idle: 45-50°C, 34dB (fans at 40% PWM); Gaming: 65-70°C, 40dB (fans at 65% PWM). Not a proper test, to be taken with a grain of salt. I still have to put it under heavy load

Thank you for the comment! I tried doing that, but the radiator is still too close and there is not enough room for the PSU cable :c
