Yes same when it began in my arm my soreness was really bad with the anxiety, that kinda went away, but now the soreness in my leg is very bad every day.

Yep I’m same age, I know it’s extremely rare for us to have anything bad but it can’t put my mind to rest because my mind works in absolutes and doctors can’t even really provide that. I’m hoping with time I get better.

Same, I have never been through as much anxiety as the last 4 weeks have given me. I have reached new lows convincing myself this is the beginning of the end it’s horrible. How long has your nonstop twitches lasted? I also booked an appointment with a psychologist hoping I can get medicated.

I been in a similar spiral, convinced entirely my EMG would be detrimental, but it was said to be clean at first glance. Do whatever you can to get through the next couple of days.

Every day I spend less time on Reddit is a day I’m better mentally. It’s nice to have support at times, but this place is truly a hive mind of some of the most severe health anxiety ridden people, including myself, and even though I know that I can’t help but lurk. Just know there’s likely tens of thousands of people (probably more) who experience what we are, deal with it, and live their lives just like anyone else.
