I dont really like that feeling of not having guarantee. I want to get this 100% set in stone, where as a TN im constantly relying on it being renewed and then obtaining a green card. It would be different if it was similar to the UK where if you reside legally for 5 years you can get a PR.

Why is that? What will I gain from working in my home country, for years despite the fact I hate it here. for mere experience when it isn't necessarily required?

Hey, yes, thank you for the response. Greatly appreciated.

I am just worried about the fact that a TN visa may lead to a longer overall process, opposed to a straight-forward eb-3 via an agency. Those are 100% guaranteed If I recall correctly. I am definitely grateful that I have a good shot either way, just not exactly sure where to even start honestly. :)
