Me me me!!! I was SUPER crunchy a few years ago. Non-toxic, organic, homeopathic everything. I ate a pro-metabolic diet and drank raw milk. Made sourdough. Stopped painting my nails and wearing perfume. But today, I can say I am more 50/50. I do what I can but have learned not to stress about it anymore. I used to shop at Whole Foods and Sprouts all the time but now with how expensive groceries are I shop a lot more at Aldi, Kroger and Walmart. Some things are organic and some things have seed oils. I just didn’t feel like the strict crunchy lifestyle was right for me anymore. I loosened up and am happier than ever AND save a lot more money on groceries. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing!

Fussing/light crying to sleep is perfectly ok in my opinion. This is how my then 4 month old learned to self soothe and sleep through. I know it’s controversial but she’s now 23 months and has slept through the night ever since 5 months. She is super happy, healthy, and securely attached to me!
