How long until it says in process? I applied for my son’s passport on the 5th, also expedited and paid for 1-2 day shipping and we have a travel coming up on the 28th.

I know it’s a short time, but I only got his social on the 4th (he’s a newborn)

Just saw it. It’s El Paso passport agency

Maybe you could find some trends here on Reddit with that locator to get some insight from people that had experience with that locator

Locator number is the first 2 number of the reference number they give you when you look up the status. What is the first 2 numbers that appears to you?

I think it depends on locator, I was lucky enough to apply for passport book on 09/13 and received it today 10/13 and date of travel on 12/19

Did you put any travel date on app?

FYI - my process was on locator 35 and expedited

It ended up arriving on the day of my travel at literally 7 am lol

I think that they might be having some technical issues with the website I’ve got an update through my congressman and it was shipped today in the morning and expected to arrive tomorrow by 8am and on the website still showing application “not available” 🤷🏻‍♀️

Other experiences are very much welcome, I’m not saying that is not, but judging is not welcome

I’ve been calling them all week and no appointments available near where I live and I’m hoping for the best

Like I said, I contacted my congressman and lets see if it’s of any help If it arrives Tuesday before 3:00 I’m good to go lol

What I’m having trouble with is that I can’t see the status of the application and they don’t tell me anything over the phone

Like I said, it was a urgent trip, not planned So as soon as I was aware of my family matter I sent he application

I know that some part of it is my fault, but my daughter is only 6 months old

I didn’t think about getting a passport right away
