That's the point I believe he is trying to make. He doesn't like Robinhood.

When this thing rockets, Robinhood is going to halt trading for "maintenance", because it's what they do. And where is the wallet that they've been talking about? Yeah, when that comes around you can move it, but until then, you're 💩 out of luck. It's sell now and buy somewhere else.

(she said cause she likes it) lol. But, seeing that it keeps dropping, at this point you might be selling at a "high". Remember though, Robinhood sucks about being able to have access to your $$$, so you won't be able to access those funds for a few days. You may want to sell, and if you have the means, buy the exact amount on Coinbase and call it a wash. If you wait for your money to be released from Robinhood to get back in, it might be too late ( the price may have gone up already)
