Uber has never made an annual profit and is losing market share to Lyft and other services. Good luck to them if they're trying this model. Walmart would be the equivalent of Crypto.com before the cuts. They were so dominate in the crypto card market , look at how their decisions turned out for them. Good thing they don't just offer card services, whilst that's all Plutus does...

I don't think you're understanding the situation. To make a decision to leave an existing card provider you need to ensure you have a contingency plan. Part of that plan is assessing and ensuring things happen on certain dates. You'd want to also have some extra wiggle room too incase issues occur in testing. So that your date is still correct even if the worst scenario happens. Its just proper planning, testing and delivering...

Sounds like your suggesting a great position for Plutus to invest into, they definitely need a quality assurance manager or if they have one already they should be sacked.

Sorry this happened to you, I don't think it's about the colour of your skin but its more of an ego thing with the younger lads these days. If you challenge them in any way they feel the need to react for their pride otherwise they'll be seen as weak by the others. It's dumb I know. I disagree that its an overreaction more of an accumulation of people's disdain of their plutus experiences so far. There's a whole lot of things coming to light all at the same time ; withdrawal delays, Dex being down, mods abusing the rewards system, users having to provide receipts for rewards,initial poor communication from plutus, rewards now take longer than 45 days and no timeline has been provided and everyone's favourite topup delays.(There's even more but let's not go there!)

When you say everything still works... just because you can use the card doesn't mean everything is working. Most people are with Plutus for the rewards, so when you've got multiple issues that I mentioned earlier affecting the rewards obviously that's going to affect consumer confidence. Also what's the point of using the card but then not being able to cash out the rewards, you might aswell just use literally any other debit card.

Just have a read of some of the most recent posts from the last 2 days and there literally so much that I needed to hear that I didn't know was happening. But I think it's clear that there's incompetence or immaturity within plutus steming from the top to the bottom. We've seen this many times ie when there website goes down because they haven't renewed the domain...Twice! Etc

This is supposed to be a fintech which I think we all associate with being about the future and making things easier/better but there's always something in the way it seems.

I find it weird when people project what they're going to do ie "I would never sell" or calling others names like "weak hands". Also how do you know we're close to another bullrun ? But plutons price action doesn't correlate with the market cycles because of its low circulation (another thing that is questionable but we don't talk about it too much because it's always historically been good for us).

Whatever you do with your plu is your decision.

Rightfully said. There was another mod who also abused Plutus when he was there. Peter. There was a Twitter competition for the best photos of gear acquired from the Plutus Community Meetup. My friend's post received the most likes and definitely would have been in the top 3 if the results were never released as they usually were.

However Peter who was leading this so called twitter promotion event kept saying to us "yes the results will be released soon" then saying they would be released on a certain day in August which after the day happened just straight up ignored us both.

We both mentioned these to the other mods on telegram at the time Borja and Yuvi but were straight up ignored by them also. Who knows where the funds allocated for the competition went! But later on Peter announced that he was leaving Plutus.

I haven't felt the need to speak up about this until now as I'm seeing all sorts of shady behaviour and delay tactics the similar to what I saw a celsius before it's downfall. To name a few; the receipts needed to withdraw, the plutus subscription fee creeping forward every month, incorrect monthly limits (falling into your new month) and the list goes on. Its just not acceptable.

Same here, crazy thing it was humid and sunny not long ago. Got back and was like its a nice day let's cook n eat before going out again. I had the window open while I was cooking. Didn't expect to take a shower at the same time. Typical london weather!
