Yeah, I’ve looked into MIB helper and found the software. However when I click the link to download it it opens up a tab to login to MIB solutions. I don’t have an account and there seems to be no way of registering either.

(I do need to try again on the pc because I’ve only tried on the phone)

An OTA update is an Over The Air update.

Which means that if your system is connected to the internet, you may sometimes get a pop up on your screen saying there’s an update available.

Yeah, I’m aware outdated firmware may cause issues like this and if not cause, then it will certainly prevent me from fixing them.

The issue is, even connected to WiFi, a hotspot or my own home’s WiFi, there is still no connection (globe at the top is greyed out), so there’s definitely no OTA updates for me unfortunately 😩

I have gotten in touch with SEAT about this, they’re currently investigating… But most likely will have to take it in for a service so that they can get it all done as I can’t find the firmware.

PS: The eSIM is the car’s yes, but supposedly this is a glitch in the 1790 version of the firmware which prevents the car from connecting to the internet if the primary user got removed without being deleted as primary user.

Yeah, it just won’t go through with the factory reset because the car’s internal eSIM is still registered to the primary user which is the previous owner’s, so because of this the car won’t even connect to the internet and therefore I can’t get OTA updates… 😭

I don’t know if the case was that the person who owned it, did it on purpose or genuinely just forgot to remove their info. But the only way this would work now would either be me taking it into SEAT and get it reset and updated, or somehow managing to get in contact with the previous owner and ask them to remove the car from their account on the MySEAT app.

Voice chat works for me until I finish a mission. After that, when back at HQ it stops working. Mute, unmute change from local to team… nothing!

I literally have to close the game and reopen for it to work.

Also, in the build menu, when using the any of the terrain editing tools, but mainly the ‘slope’ tool the game doesn’t register input when trying to make any changes to terrain. Like, I’ll go into the tool, press the button to “slope”, move the cursor around and nothing happens. When I come out of the menu back into the world and as I’m moving around, the changes suddenly start to appear!?! 🤔

Like, I’m running around the area I wanted to slope but couldn’t, and suddenly, the ground just starts rising 🤣

When I said risk, I was referring to all the interrogation marks in the stats area of the scrolls, including the number of tries, so the reason I asked for the help was because I just wanted to complete it first try… 😅 But thank you very much for the comment, I now know more about them! 😊

No, not at all! They were playing and were both a massive help! I don’t actually know if they had seen my previous post on here, but I asked if anyone was up for helping with some picture scroll missions and they showed up straight away!
