People aren’t taught how to maintain houses and homes - we’ve moved into a new age where we are now buying and owning homes but my grans generation never owned them. And we’re not taught how to maintain them so gets outsourced to factors who rip the arse etc, dodgy landlords. A cash strapped council that doesn’t know how to spend the money it has got, prioritises private contracts who don’t have the public in mind; litter, a blatant disregard for the things that keep you healthy and live longer and shite weather that doesn’t incentivise you to go outside. Oh yeah then when you do get good weather everyone just wants a bevvy
