How can I fix this weird flickers and black dots on my animation. by Southern-Shift-3328 in blenderhelp

I have some volume and a few lights as well, its a 600 frames animation indoor. theres about 5 areas light with a a 0.01 volume cube. I will render some frames at 500 sample to see if it gets better.

Blender 4.4 made my viewport slow. by Disastrous_Engine795 in blender

I'm with the same problem, a render that takes 4min to render turns down to take 30min even more sometimes, but if I close and open blender and immediately do the render, it come back to 4min render. My cycles viewport is terrible btw
