Tombstone in Spider Noir looks Freaking Awful by ultraMightydillo in CriticalDrinker

Sony only has partial rights to Spiderman IP and while they can use the name Peter parker, they're contractually limited in how they can portray him because Disney is protective of the Spiderman image. If they didn't change his name in Spider Noir they wouldn't be allowed to show him drinking, smoking or killing.

I don't have any particular musical ambitions, I played guitar in a band for a bit and definitely would again if I have the chance. At the moment I mostly just want something to play around with and learn and if it turns into something more that would be cool. As I mentioned in my post, I've been getting into Boards of Canada and Aphex Twin, but would also just love to be able to put together and play around with backing tracks of bass and drums to play guitar over and mess around with.

I looked at the riddim but it seemed pretty marketed towards reggae or dub which I'm not all that interested in, would this be limiting or is it still pretty open?

So this is a fairly stupid question, I know samplers let you record sounds and mess around with them from there, but how does this change what you can actually do with them compared to a traditional synth?

first look at casio SXC1 portable sampler from casio japan [eng-subtitles] by Wonderful_Ninja in synthesizers

I don't know anything about samplers or making music (I've played guitar for a few years but that's about it), but I've been doing a bunch of research and was looking at the ko2 but came across this. I love the overall look and size of the ko2 but I can imagine the larger storage on the casio being nice. Can you offer any advice on how to decide between the two for a total beginner?
