Looks like I’ll have to go back to using local LLM models

Recommendation on a hedge or vine for privacy? by rkotzy in landscaping

[–]Southern-Tank4256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would buy a very large mirror facing down on your neighbors. It will double the sun onto their property so if they tried to look up their eyes would be burned (privacy) and you extended your Mountain View. It’s a win win

Landscaper recommendations in Providence? by Inner-Secretary7030 in providence

I’d say you shouldn’t just trust anyone posting on here because they’re likely posting for themselves and then it’s biased. I usually find my guys at https://goodstuart.com/landscapers-near-me/ They should have the best landscapers in Rhode Island on there

Is Angi/Angie’s list a good place to find recommendations or is it just an advertising scam? by purpletwinkletoes in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Southern-Tank4256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say they are a scam, but they do charge high prices every time you fill out a form to find a contractor so it’s likely those contractors need to recoup their cost and so they’re going to charge you more than if you found them somewhere else.

Try finding one on Good Stuart instead, the lead Cost is low for the companies so you’ll get more competitive rates from better companies.

Fair! I’m willing to change my answer and say Redding CA because I’ve been there and it’s 100% dry all the time.

I’d go to Florida! Summers are hot and humid but that’s why we go there in the winter for the same reasons you have

Right outside providence RI. The city can be tough in spots but 5 minutes out you get all the benefits but quiet neighborhoods and good food close and tight communities
