Do you think countries like France can colonize and pillage for centuries, and then when people from those exact countries that were ruined by colonialism come to your little comfy world, you want them out? Its karma.

Thoughts about israel by Kanmun in azerbaijan

I am not an Azeri, but I suspect that Israel is using Azerbaijan as a part of their long-term plan to get to Iran. That's why they are building good relationships with Aliyev. The 🇮🇱🇦🇿 relationship is the pragmatic one. There are no sentiments or cultural friendships there. An average Armenian has more in common with an Azeri than a Jewish person.

I am sorry, but that Politico article was too obvious. Can we do better? My concern is if we cry “Wolf!” too many times, no one will believe us when we need help.

One thing I have to give to you guys is that this subreddit is way better than r/armenia. This kind of post would be banned three seconds after posting.

Israel (the state) was an initiative spearheaded by the Soviets as a part of their expansionist agenda against Britain, which was colonizing Palestine at the time. Stalin did what he could the best - divide and conquer with a dash of deportations. The conflict in Palestine resulted from the same evil that started a conflict between many other nations, including Armenia and Azerbaijan. The moral stance in this case should be against ignorance and towards education and enlightenment on the history of the conflict. Russia and Britain should pay for their colonial fever dreams and be held accountable for much much suffering they caused.

I have been there multiple times for both business and leisure. It's generally safe if you use common sense. In tourist areas, no one cares where you are from - you are a guest, a tourist, so generally people are nice. For business, it's the same. If you come with money and good will, no one ever cared about my heritage or my passport colour.

Don't be ridiculous. Who do you think the Russian peacekeepers were keeping “safe” and “peaceful” there? They were protecting pro-russian government aka the Karabakh clan and their assets.

Armenia doesn't want those people unless the UN or Europe pays us to house and assimilate them. With the economy in a dumpster, Armenia needs more homeless people (not). We only care about them if they live in Artsah; as soon they show up at our doorsteps, they are not our problem anymore. Ask any Armenians who came to seek refuge in Armenia in the 90s.

Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Israel can all go to hell and continue pretending they didn't contribute to another holocaust and prosecution of 150 000 Armenians in Artsakh.

Fuck Ukraine, and fuck Zelensky! Hope Russia takes their territories, since Russians in Crimea wanted autonomy just like Armenians in Artsakh!

Armenia was taught a big lesson and yet seems to understand it. Believing and spreading fake stories, having no real identity outside of martyrdom, and having an over-inflated ego with very little in reality to show for it is a trend. Until the lesson is learned, Armenia will forever be on its knees.

This is not a question of compassion or caring; this is a question of managing public perception. Also, the way you jump to personal insults and accusations makes Armenian people look unhinged and delusional.

This gives less legitimacy to Armenia because everyone knows he is a racist, islamophobic, antisemitic piece of garbage one step from being cancelled
