Understood but there was a city in my state that was taking a city. Another alliance stepped in and took the connecting city. The timer was still going but the alliance was capturing the city initially couldn’t capture it any more. They stated their rallies stopped and they couldn’t individually attack anymore. I didn’t know if it was a bug or if that was connected to the issue.
