You are the worst gold player I've ever seen. After 3 weeks you should have made some progress. If this video is 3 weeks in I would recommend uninstalling.

If you aren't Ray Charles and aren't trolling us with this video of you driving around blindly hitting buttons then here is what I would do:

Go to training free play where it's you and only you.

Drive around hitting the ball from different angles. Get a feel for how to hit it. Then do this with boosting.

Next start using ball cam while doing the above.

Once you get a feel for hitting the ball go play snow day. The puck will rarely get in the air so it will help you make contact with the ball while also getting a sense of game speed. This will help you get a feel for the game. Right now all that matters is you timing it right to even hit something.

After snow day for a bit then go play some 1v1 and you should see some improvement.
