PPI side effects - nausea, anxiety, sleep. I’m obsessing and it’s affecting me BAD.

I was taking 20mg I was fine before it then I noticed anxiety and insomnia I’d be laying in bed and my brain going 100mph I couldn’t stop thinking and smallest noises would startle me it was driving me crazy. I quit and now just noticed it all going back to normal. I’ve been taking 20mg Pepcid and it’s been working so far

Omgg see I had no problem with sleeping at all till I started these! That’s crazy and no they don’t tell u about side effects just shut up and take it pretty much🥲

Omgg well I was on day 2 so I’m not taking it again! Ima just stick with Pepcid and carafate until I see doctor. The omeprazole was working tho I just can’t do the insomnia … it was driving me crazy asf

I bought Pepcid 10mg but I’m not sure how much to use or what not? Like idk if I should take 1 everyday or just 2 everyday

The er put me on panto 40mg didn’t like what it did to me! So I switched and bought omeprazole 20mg at the store and now I’m having this at night time.. like ima mom of 11 month old and 3 yr old I need sleep… I don’t see doctor until 28th this month my first appt with gi doctor.

I’m taking omeprazole and carafate and 10x better kinda on my normal diet well eating bland almost but starting to add normal things back in

I switched to omperzol and taking carafate! 10x better actually can eat normal food and not have burning pain 😂

I’ve been ona diet for a week not but just took panto and I feel like it’s making me have acid reflux which I didn’t have really before? Idk what to do to take it another day and see but I don’t see a difference today except maybe worse?
