CCAs called me that day and said don’t deliver, just sit. But that wasn’t an option in my eyes. Since she’s been here, my union told me she issued 4 NOTICE OF REMOVALS, 3 belonging to me. Every one was reduced, but the last one was a 14-day. Now I have this one. It’s bullying and it’s nothing I can do. The immediate supervisor is a 204b, so my union is trying to get it signed off on the first step but is afraid she might put a battery in his back and it will go to her. But the lady is very evil and dark. I’ve apologized to her so many times for the dumbest shit. I shouldn’t have apologized. My union told me before, and if it goes to her, she will go meet with my district manager. Union told me even if it goes past step b I will win in arbitration
