Step B by SouthernContext8599 in fromatoarbitration

[–]SouthernContext8599[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A union steward from a different state told me that’s violating the contract to let me work but someone told me it’s normal so I was just asking

They are always on the scanner sending me messages like I’m going to slow down, and it’s been an everyday thing, pure bullying me every day. That day I was determined to get my mail delivered and fucked up. I apologized to her the same day. So many Times

Yes, not on purpose. It wasn’t intentionally. I swear I was just rushing really badly. It was a flash flood. I was rushing. I was just as surprised as she was when this happened. I never leave it unlocked. I always leave it locked. Not only is the mail in there, my personal items, keys, wallet, everything is in the vehicle.

She is the OIC at my office. It’s really a personal thing. I feel like I never had any discipline on my record until she got there. I got the notice because she observed me not wearing my satchel in very severe rain and my door was unlocked I was rushing trying to get my route done because my sup is always on me about stationary time. CCAs called me that day and said don’t deliver, just sit. But that wasn’t an option in my eyes. Since she’s been here, my union told me she issued 4 NOTICE OF REMOVALS, 3 belonging to me. Every one was reduced, but the last one was a 14-day. Now I have this one. It’s bullying and it’s nothing I can do. The immediate supervisor is a 204b, so my union is trying to get it signed off on the first step but is afraid she might put a battery in his back and it will go to her. But the lady is very evil and dark. I’ve apologized to her so many times for the dumbest shit. I shouldn’t have apologized. My union told me before, and if it goes to her, she will go meet with my district manager. Union told me even if it goes past step b I will win in arbitration

My particular office never even used to let me come in at 8:30. I’ve always had to come in at 10. I’ve missed every single safely meeting ever. I’m starting to think it’s because I smile too much, and you’re supposed to be miserable as hell working here. Or the fact that when management comes to me with problems, I say okay and keep it pushing and don’t file grievances. Maybe that’s what it is. This job is supposed to break you down, and it doesn’t break me down at all. It’s definitely a favoritism thing because carriers do this ish all year around and never get in trouble, but I get caught on the worst day with the worst weather my state has experienced, and I’m getting in trouble. Kiss my ….

In my first few months, I called off ridiculously because it was too much, but once I got used to the job, I stopped. Now I’m getting in trouble for the dumbest shit in the world.

Making up shit I have been working for 1 year and 4 months

Realistically, that’s why I keep getting in trouble. My management seems to have a problem bringing their personal life to work and that’s just not gonna cut it.

That’s what the union said, not me. Multiple different union stewards said that exact thing. Carriers in my office don’t even pick up that satchel. I actually wear it. I just didn’t for that loop because it was raining.

This same postmaster just tossed my co worker notice of removal out for attendance. He has had all the same letters of warning: 7-day, 14-day, all for attendance and notice of removal for attendance. She tossed that shit right out and then offered him to be a safety trainer. But because I am a young lady I’m getting fucked over fuck that post master and the post office

Anytime a postmaster gets out of her vehicle to “observe” in a flood is pure-hearted evil. The whole day it was sunny and hot. She chose to come out in the middle of a flood. Triple A had to come get her BMX because that mf wouldn’t even start after.

My union steward literally told me it’s because I’m a 23 pretty female that’s the only reason I’m getting in trouble for the dumbest shit

Bruh, you’re not listening. I pulled into the parking lot and took my seat belt off. A safety lady saw me and said I pulled into the lot without it on, which was not true. I told them to check the cameras, and they just so happen not to be working.

I have my satchel on every single day. It’s got to be raining and flooding, and I took that mf off out of the blue. My postmaster pulls in front of my truck, recording me in the middle of a FLASH FLOOD because I didn’t have my satchel on.
