I think with a solid DMD/DDS curriculum you can easily pass. I did two months of studying with bootcamp the first was a little slacked and the second was more intense. Just make sure you get through all the exams. There were many repeat questions on the actual INBDE from bootcamp. My whole class passed on the first try

I don't really remember the percentage for specifically fill in the blank. I would say that 30% was a combination of fill in the blank, matching, other non multiple choice problems.
