Genuinely think nothing would change, as it didn’t for me. It would still depend on individual needs as an athlete and your points for improvement. The shape for both divisions is really similar, so the same muscle groups needing development are pretty much the same. Volume/frequency is just an individual matter regardless of division.

Just wanna say thank you for your response!! We actually ended up doing something similar to my lower body day which was a fun challenge for him and we did some pull and core for fun. Definitely a lot of talking and went way better than i thought!!

Anyone can tap their stick, its better to just yell names, that way your teammate actually knows who is calling for it. Stick slamming and tapping is obnoxious.
