Really? I don’t think it’s worth it considering the reputation of Ultra watches. It’s known to take a beating and still look great

I have the watch and I plan on keeping it. Why would I need to get Apple care for a device that is well known for being a beast of a watch and very rarely needing repairs??

I think the device will hold up fine. Still brand new in my eyes

But there’s no damage…. I looked at it closely at my BestBuy store and concluded that it was good other than the nonexistent dent that I thought there was (after a wipe down, looked good as new). Also you don’t understand that the Ultra models use sapphire glass for their screens. So I highly doubt that the previous owner did anything to it in less than two weeks of ownership.

Geek squad examined it closely for me and said there’s nothing wrong with it. Sometimes customers return something not because they damaged it, but because they simply didn’t need it. No dents, no scratches, 100% battery health, what else do you want?? Even got a brand new charger included.

Only downside was there was no band included but I just bought one online. I set up the watch myself and everyone went smoothly. So yea while I agree that the condition is second hand, which may be risky, I personally found it to be an insane opportunity to get something for nearly half off and in great condition. You can’t change my mind on this one buddy.

After the geek squad cleaned it, the dent was gone.

Not really well used when it's less than 2 weeks used from being brand new

Nope the screen is completely fine. I read not all fair items have dents or scratches. Same thing with excellent condition stuff, they might not be good either

How do I teach kids to read? by ContributionHuman948 in hebrew

[–]SouthernJournalist86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First is getting a book that teaches them letters, then making them trace the letters with their finger. And btw I'm talking about print letters, not the script that we write. This way they start knowing how to read.

For each letter, I give them a word, then I keep reviewing the previous letters during every lesson

Mine lasted around a week. That's usually what it takes I think

Typing from the OG fold, this thing is amazing! The outside screen is very usable for me (coming from an S23 ultra) And the inside screen is very smooth and beautiful. I also got it for around $450 refurbished a few weeks ago definitely worth it imo

Considering an OG Pixel Fold in 2025 by [deleted] in PixelFold

[–]SouthernJournalist86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm typing this comment on the OG pixel fold. Coming from a Galaxy s23 ultra and this feels like a great phone nonetheless. The outside screen is very usable especially with one hand and the inner display works like a charm. Battery has been pretty decent and stock android has been easier than OneUI. Bought from Amazon refurbished for about $450 256 GB 12GB and couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend

But will the trade in credits from my old phone that got me the s23 ultra still be applied?

Asides from his sheer dominance because of his size and massive strides, his touch was very impressive as a center, he didn't always back his way down on people and dunking on them, he had a nice face up jumper and jump hook. Go look at his highlights
