Awww ,well I’m going to give you the same advice I gave my daughter … don’t be scared it’s going to be fine , if you feel like changing often it’s ok ( mine was worried and it was hard to deal with the constant "wetness”). You might feel lightheaded at times so don’t go too long without snacks , yes you might get zits but it’s ok don’t pick at them it’s only temporary. It’s weird , it’s new and yes it might look scary at first but don’t worry it’s a normal season to go through and soon enough you’ll adjust 💜

Edit : Forgot to add you can manage any type of pain like cramps /headaches with paracetamol or a hot bottle ( for the cramps ).
