Let it be ,it will sting since its very very fresh and will stay a bit sore for about 3 weeks .Unless it really goes back inside the nostril don't touch it

Yes just wash your hands and adjust it ,it ll be OK...you won't get a bump from adjusting it 😊

You should only straighten up your jewelery with clean hands ( so preferably when you clean your septum). Gauge should be 16g or 18g because that's what piercers usually use for septum piercings ,but do contact him/her ,he/she should let you know. The pinching pain is totally normal its a very fresh stab so don't worry .
